I founded Optimize Consultants after over two decades working with enterprise organisations across Asia Pacific, guiding large scale transformations, building project management capabilities, and helping leaders navigate complexity. I noticed something consistent: the best outcomes came not from implementing tools, but from teaching teams how to think about their work.

She’s worked with Grab, Singtel, International SOS, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and Baxter, guiding complex transformations and building capabilities that last.
